Amazing $30 Map-Making Humble Bundle Is a Virtual Tabletop GM's Dream
Following a short availability earlier this year, this cartography software collection is back for a limited time available through early December. Described as a "treasure trove of assets and apps" created by a specialized software company over the years, the complete package carries a value of over $1,300. And there are multiple package options offered in this deal.
The Main Attraction
The big draw is certainly permanent access to the CC3+ software, an industry-standard cartography program that can be used to create everything from fantasy overworld maps, smaller regional maps, city maps, and most notably, tactical combat environments.

Entry Level
The most affordable option, at a minimum cost of $1, features merely four of the 39 total items: Symbol Set 1: Fantasy Overland, Token Treasury: Monsters 1, Source Maps: Castles!, Urban Source Maps. This one's only for cartographers who already have CC3+, yet it provides new fantasy symbol styles for landscape mapping, more than 750 monster tokens compatible with online gaming platforms, over twenty-five top-down castle layouts with 470 associated map tokens, eight fully mapped cities, and more than 70 urban floorplans.
Intermediate Package
The eight-product collection for at least $15 is where things get more interesting by adding in permanent CC3+ access, Cartographer's Annual Vol 1, Ultimate Mapping Guidebook, Isometric Cities Symbol Pack. The Annual represents the yearly bundle from ProFantasy's ongoing subscription program featuring a variety CC3+ add-ons like map collections and various other tools. The Isometric Cities enables display cities with an extra dimension using angled views from multiple angles. And the Tome of Ultimate Mapping comprises 760 pages suitable for novices and experts, packed with guidance and instructions covering cartography techniques.

Every volume from the Annual series come with this bundle, plus numerous other resource and asset packs enabling creators to craft complete solar systems, or just go all-in on classic fantasy realm creation: battle maps, dungeons, urban centers, and land masses in multiple viewpoints. Users can also create character portraits. At thirty versus fifteen dollars, the full bundle offers tremendous value, particularly for mappers who have only the annual CC3+ license seeking permanent licensing. However, it's clearly more advantageous for map-making newbies considering you even get the beginners' tutorials to help you get started. The one caveat here though you can redeem the deal on any platform, the software is only usable with Windows systems.
Charitable Component
As with other Humble Bundles, part of every purchase supports charitable organizations. For this one, that's Save the Children, established in 1919 by Eglantyne Jebb dedicated to enhancing children's welfare globally through education, health care, and emergency relief. The Bundle Filters option appear near the page top, though users may also choose any amount for a donation in the right-hand section. Additionally available is an "Adjust Donation" drop-down just below that, enabling adjustment of how much of your donation goes to Humble, Profantasy, and Save the Children.
